Lucky Jacket

I accidentally picked up a man's complete outfit from a lucky chair or gift, instead of deleting it I decided to do something with the jacket. There's normally only one problem when fitting men's jackets to the female form, your hips, they will stick through any alpha's when you put your slacks on. There are two fixes you can do, either reduce your hip size or wear a larger size jacket. In this instance I opted for a larger coat.

Casual Autumn Outfit for those in the Northern Climes

As most of the Second Life population is in the northern hemisphere and fashion in our virtual world seems to follow that calendar, I thought I'd better conform.

So with that in mind, I put together Sam's Casual Autumn with Jacket. I'm not a jeans fanatic and don't wear them irl, but I must admit these Lapointe & Bastchild Designs' S'wear "Flare" Jeans with Belt are delightful. The accompanying HUD provides 14 jeans colour variations, 6 different pockets, 20 belt colours, 4 designs and 3 buckles. I'm not wearing the belt in these photo's as it slightly interferes with the jacket.

We Ran Through Dandelions

Some things catch your eye, well this number from Paris Metro Couture certainly did for me. We Ran Through Dandelions is a beautiful creation and what's more it's currently on special at L$300. They currently have a floor of gowns on sale, so perhaps a little shopping trip might be in order.

The original gown didn't come boxed with the glorious hat that featured on the advertisement for this outfit, but after sending a note to Paris Zsun she has now included the hat in the box. Unfortunately the hat didn't arrive in time to be included in the September Issue of Samantha's Style Magazine. The photograph below is the one I did put in the magazine, it has a different hat as you can see.

Shedding the Skins of Winter

September and Spring in Sydney is a lovely time of year, the mornings are still fresh with lovely sunny afternoons. Just enough warmth to shed the skins of winter and feel that lovely sun warm your core.
